Lauren Rote joined The Wilderness Society in 2020 and serves as the Planned Giving Senior Estate Administrator.
In her role, Lauren helps supporters of TWS ensure their legacy is fully realized.
Lauren joins TWS after nearly ten years in the private practice of law where she focused her practice on estate planning and administration and local land use. While in law school, Lauren was the recipient of a grant from the Public Interest Law Fund, which allowed her to work at a local non-profit organization offering legal aid in immigration-related matters. She is thrilled to be back in the non-profit space supporting TWS.
Lauren is a native to Northern Virginia and currently lives with her husband and their dog, Charley, in South Arlington, Virginia. Together they love to explore the local trails. Lauren is dedicated to indoor cycling and loves to travel!
