Kim leads and manages our community-based efforts across the Southern Appalachian region, working closely with partners to help build community-led conservation initiatives.



Kim is from her Ancestral homelands of Cherokee, NC, where she volunteers to revitalize culture and protect mother earth. She is the mother of 2 girls and in their spare time they travel to experience the world through the Indigenous’ perspective.



She holds a BA in French and World Business and an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation with foci in Marketing and Nonprofit Management from the University of Tennessee.
