Kathryn
Eklund

She works in Montana communities between the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, Crown of the Continent, and Idaho Wilderness Complex to build support for wild lands and help communities feel their way toward thoughtful, sustainable public outcomes.

Kathryn’s background is in local government sustainability, low-income energy efficiency, and clean energy development. She is most passionate about efforts that emphasize cultural relativity and build from the power of communities.

She holds a BA in Environmental Studies and Anthropology from Eckerd College. Kathryn lives in Livingston, MT where she finds herself either chronically volunteering with local organizations or deep in the backcountry on airplane mode.
