As Director of Government Relations for climate and energy, Justin works with Congress and the Administration to advance policies that ensure our nation’s treasured public lands are part of a national climate solution.
This includes efforts to prevent drilling in unacceptable places, reforming the oil and gas leasing and permitting processes, place-based campaigns to stop drilling in the Arctic Refuge and the Western Arctic, highlighting the effects of resource extraction on communities, and advancing renewable energy.
Justin grew up in Connecticut and went to the University of Maryland. He spent just under 10 years working on Capitol Hill for members of the House of Representatives from Connecticut and Colorado, handling climate, energy, and public lands issues. Prior to that, he worked on environmental advocacy campaigns centered around the Long Island Sound. Justin lives in DC and you can find him running, building Lego plants, or possibly traveling in his free time.
