Ronni graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and has devoted the majority of her professional life to public interest work.
An enthusiastic champion of wild places, Ronni has over the years represented conservation organizations in public lands and imperiled species litigation and private land conservation efforts. Her tribal advocacy includes serving as co-counsel on litigation challenging the Keystone XL pipeline and on cases seeking to safeguard tribal communities from the impacts of industrial mining. Most recently, Ronni worked for the American Lung Association, where she advocated for science-based air quality standards, clean energy policies, and action on climate change at the state and federal level, with environmental justice considerations figuring prominently into her work.
