Marci grew up on the southern shore of Lake Superior in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Marci has experience as a Human Resources Generalist who has focused on transparent communication, equity, inclusion, and staff engagement.
