Jonathan has been at the forefront of digital communications since the founding of the web.  Previously, he spent a long stint at AOL, where he worked on a wide variety of content, including news, business, and election coverage for the large portal. Before that, he worked in various forms of digital communications since the early 1990s. More recently, he worked at the Pew Environment Group managing digital strategy.

His passion for environmental causes matches his love for all things digital. He leads a team of marketers and producers to bring organic and paid content to our website, social media, and advocacy programs, while constantly staying on top of the ever-changing digital environment, including the intersection of AI in this space.

Jonathan holds a BS in Communications from the Park School at Ithaca College and an MA in International Affairs, from American University. He resides in Maine with his wife, dogs, and many, many connected devices. In his free time, he travels frequently to Colorado & Maryland.
