Jeremy is currently the Senior Manager, Northeast guiding TWS important work in that region.
Jeremy came to The Wilderness Society in 1999 from the Alaska Wilderness League, where he served as the field director of a national grassroots campaign to protect wildlands in the state.
He has extensive organizing and campaign experience, working as the state field director for the League of Conservation Voters "Dirty Dozen" Nevada Senate Race in 1998, as the 1996 field director for Congressman Jim McGovern’s (D-MA) first successful congressional campaign, as a field organizer for the Sierra Club in Boston, and as the campaign director for the Connecticut Fund for Public Interest Research.
