hally is our New Mexico Conservation Manager; she leads the state's conservation finance work, expanding access to the outdoors across the state.

She is originally from Tacoma, WA, and earned her M.A. in Community and Regional Planning from the University of New Mexico. She previously worked as a Planner at the City of Albuquerque and as the Community Partnerships Manager for a transportation advocacy organization in Tacoma. She is excited about improving access to the outdoors by centering historically excluded communities and the voices of people most impacted by environmental and economic challenges. Her M.A. research explored how race and class impact ideas about comfort and safety in urban planning.

She spends her free time reading, hiking, biking, skiing, and eating Thai food.
