Dominique joined The Wilderness Society in 2026 as a Mid-Level Donor Engagement Specialist on the Giving & Impact team, where she helps strengthen relationships with Advocates for Wilderness through thoughtful communications, stewardship, and personalized donor engagement.
Dominique began her career as an educator before transitioning into donor relations at St. Vincent’s Villa of Catholic Charities in Baltimore. She approaches her work with a core belief that community and connection are essential to creating meaningful, lasting change. Originally from Northern California near Lake Tahoe, she is excited to bring her experience and love of the outdoors to TWS.
Dominique holds a master’s degree in Educational Studies from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where she especially loved spending time among her favorite trees—the redwoods. Outside of work, she enjoys being involved in Baltimore’s theater community, visiting the library, and exploring the outdoors.
