Courtney serves as Workplace Experience and Operations Manager, helping to strengthen workplace systems and support a collaborative, inclusive environment across the organization’s offices. She brings experience from nonprofit, consulting, and public health environments, where she has directed operations, managed budgets and vendor relationships, and led cross-functional coordination in support of mission-driven work.
Earlier in her career, Courtney worked in public health as a counselor and program leader, supporting community members through direct service and education initiatives. That foundation continues to shape her operational leadership, centering people within structured systems that promote safety, accessibility, and organizational effectiveness.
Known as an organized creative, Courtney combines operational discipline with ingenuity and thoughtful design. In addition to her professional work, she is a singer and songwriter, an expression of the same creativity and perspective she brings to building systems that are both functional and human-centered.
Courtney earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, College Park, and holds certifications in project management and workflow design.
