A new poll released this week shows that the Central Idaho Economic Development and Recreation Act of 2005, introduced by Rep. Mike Simpson (R-ID), has broad support from the Idaho public.
West Virginia's Governor Joe Manchin gave a boost to the campaign to protect more West Virginia wilderness by signing a proclamation on September 29, 2005, declaring September "Wilderness Month" in the Mountain State.
